Scrum Master Faq

What is the duration of Scrum certification programs?

Squeeze Bounce offers two options: Self-paced plan and the Instructor led plan. 

The time frame is totally up to you once you register your Self -paced Scrum certification. You access your exam, pass it after studying the material we sent you, and then you receive your Scrum certification. 

The majority of our students need one to four days to prepare, however some students may do everything in just a few hours. So, based on the time you have available to pursue your Scrum certifications, it is entirely up to you how quickly you would like to move forward. You are free to go at your own pace.

However, the Instructor led classes take about 4 – 5 weeks. After which, you can proceed to take the exam

What will happen after my registration?

As soon as you register for the Scrum certification course on our website, you will receive a welcome email with your access code to the plan you registered for.

Do I have to write my exam immediately?

No, you have to take the training first.

What happens if I fail?

With your exam code, you can retake the exam three times. If you don’t pass on the first try, you have two more chances.

Will the training also provide materials to prepare for the Scrum examinations?

Yes, our instructor-led training covers examination and interview preparation.

What is the success rate of Scrum certification programs?

In order to pass your certification examination and obtain your Scrum Master Accredited Certification™, you need to correctly answer at least 60% of your test questions. 

Research has shown that the examination success rate of Scrum is 98%.

Can you tell me more about how the 50 questions in your Scrum certification programs are set up?

The first 30 questions on your Scrum certification exam focus on the theoretical parts of the Scrum project management framework. 

Based on the Scrum certification program you chose, the last 20 questions are about practical challenges and how you should think and act as a Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, or Scrum Team Member.

How soon after the completion of my examination, will I receive my Certification and Test Results?

It takes only a few seconds. As soon as you submit the answers to your Scrum Certification Examination, your answers are assessed and evaluated in real-time, and you immediately obtain your certification and test results.

Your result and certificate will also be sent to your email.

I just received my access code, and yet I will be unable to take the examination in the coming few days. How long is the validity period of my access code?

Your access code for the Scrum Master Course is valid for 175 days.

Is the Scrum Master Certificate globally acceptable?

Yes. Our certifications are globally accepted, including in the United States and Europe.

While I am taking the examination, if I lose my Internet connectivity due to some technical issues, do I have to pay again to access the certification examination?

No, your answers are automatically saved as you take the examination. You can pick up from where you left off when your internet is restored provided it’s within the exam time frame.

If however, you are unable to restore your connection and the exam period elapses, you have two more opportunities to retake the examination.

Are there any recurring fees needed to stay certified?

There are no recurring fees or charges.

I just passed my Scrum certification program, can I still receive my certification in paper format?

Certificates are delivered in electronic PDF format. However, the pdf files are created with a good resolution and can be printed on standard or high quality paper.

Your Scrum certificate will be delivered to your email and you can print it at your own will.

Who is eligible to apply for Scrum certification programs?

Anyone interested in managing teams and handling projects. You don’t need any specific background to become Scrum Master Certified.

How can I get a Scrum Master job?

Squeeze Bounce’s Instructor-led  Scrum Master training also entails job preparation sessions, Mock interview training, CV/ Resume preparation, and Linkedin Optimization.
